Welcome, The Maritime Training Center of the Philippines! (TMTCP)

Through its 23 years of existence and one of the very first maritime training center in the Philippines proves that TMTCP is one of the best training centers there is. Our Center continues to aspire by having only qualified instructors with mastery on their field of specializations joining our fleet. We are constantly revising our curricula to meet the needs of an ever-expanding merchant navy. The fact that we have established our own Research and Development to upgrade our curricula only shows that we are really giving quality education and training. TMTCP also acquires state of the arts equipment such as our full mission bridge simulator tpgether with three bridge and inistructor control stations, two fast rescue boats and soon the totally enclosed lifeboat. Our training site in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, which is along the Laguna Bay, provides a conducive practicum site for our seafarers.

TMTCP is an ISO 9001:2000 certified firm. TMTCP focuses its main objectives not only to address the quality assurance of product conformity, but also to customer satisfaction.
