Enrollment Procedure
- Secure a copy of the Price List of Courses of TMTCP from the Reception Area.
- Show any of the following valid identification cards for verification that the enrollee is he himself.
- SSS
- Company ID
- School ID
- Passport
- Driver's License
- Seaman's Book
- Fill out completely the necessary information in the Enrollment Form.
- Submit the filled-up Enrollment Form to the Registration's Office for Assessment.
- Pay at least 50% of the tuition fee of the course/s to be enrolled to the Cashier
- If payment is to be charged to the Company or Agency, proceed to the Accounting's Office.
- Proceed to Photo Section for the Digital Photo.
- Get your Classcard from the Registration's Office - Window 2.
- Present Classcard to the Purchasing's Department to get a copy of your course's handout or manual.
- Proceed to the assigned room and submit the Classcard to the Instructor.
- Be sure to Fill-up LEGIBLY and COMPLETELY the necessary information in the Enrollment Form from the assigned Instructor of the course enrolled. The Enrollment Form will be used as proof that you really attended the course. This form is SUBMITTED to the MARITIME TRAINING COUNCIL (MTC) especially if the course is accredited by the said government agency.

Cancellation of Courses
Before the Start of the Training
- Present the receipt of the course to be withdrawn to the Registration's Office - Window 2 to get the classcard.
- Pay the Cancellation Fee of Php 190.00 to the Cashier.
During the Training (Dropping)
- Get the classcard from the Instructor of the course to be dropped.
- Present the classcard to the Registration's Office - Window 2.
- Proceed to the Cashier for the computation of refunds if there are any.
- Dropping Fee of Php 190.00 is to be charged from the Trainee.

Replacement of Certficates
Loss Certificates
- The Trainee is required to submit an Affidavit of Loss stating the reason why he lost his certificate/s.
- The Trainee is required to submit an Affidavit of Loss stating the reason why he lost his certificate/s.
- Affidavit of Loss must be supported with any of the following valid identication cards:
- SSS
- Company ID
- School ID
- Passport
- Driver's License
- Seaman's Book
- Show the Affidavit of Loss, photocopies of the valid identification/s and photocopies of lost certificate/s if available to the Registration's Office - Window 4 for verification of record.
- Proceed to the Training Director's Office for stamping of receive to the said requirements
- Pay the Replacement Fee of Php 590.00 to the Cashier for each cerficate requested.
- Submit all the verified requirements to the Registration's Office - Window 4 for processing of the request.
- Replacement processing of Loss Certficates takes TWO WORKING DAYS.
Typographical Errors
- Submit the Certificate with typographical error/s to the Registration's Office - Window 4 for verification of Trainee's Personal Information (Names, Birthday, and the like).
- For the purpose of verification, any of the following must be photocopied:
- NSO Authenticated Birth Certficate
- Magnetized SSS ID
- Magnetized Driver's License
- Passport
- Seaman's Book
- Pay the Replacement Fee of Php 590.00 to the Cashier for each cerficate requested.
- If the typographical error/s is/are commited by the TMTCP Registration's Personnel, no Replacement Fee is to be collected.
- Replacement processing of Loss Certficates takes TWO WORKING DAYS.

Request for Certified True Copy of Certficate/s
- Submit the Original and Photocopy of the Course Certificate to be certified to the Registration's Office - Window 4 for verification of record.
- Show any of the following valid identification cards for verification that the enrollee is he himself.
- SSS
- Company ID
- School ID
- Passport
- Driver's License
- Seaman's Book
- Proceed to the Training Director's Office for the signature of the documents by the Training Director.
- Request for the Dry Seal of the Certified True Copy of the Course Certificate from the Registration's Office - Window 4.
